Auffällig waren vor allem Probleme in den Bereichen Labels und Bilder. Insgesamt wurden 17 Probleme in 3 Kategorien erkannt.
Fehlende oder unklare Beschriftungen machen Eingabefelder schwer verständlich und führen schnell zu Unsicherheit in Formularen. Mehr dazu im Themenartikel Formulare .
